GarageGuru AI is a product of Aditarya Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with registered office in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use GarageGuru AI via WhatsApp.
By using GarageGuru AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Business Information: Garage name, GSTIN, address, phone number
Voice Data: Audio recordings sent to the bot for transcription
Images: Photos of handwritten bills sent for invoice generation
Customer Data: Customer names, phone numbers, vehicle registration numbers, service history entered by you
Transaction Data: Invoice details, amounts, parts, labour, payment status

3. Third-Party Services
GarageGuru AI uses the following third-party AI and infrastructure services. Your data is shared with them only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

We do not permit these services to use your data for any purpose other than delivering the requested functionality.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure servers. We implement SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security monitoring. Invoice records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as mandated under the GST Act, 2017 and the Companies Act, 2013.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only:
With third-party AI service providers listed above, solely to process your requests
When required by law, court order, or a competent government authority in India
With your explicit written consent
In the event of a merger or acquisition, with the acquiring entity under equivalent privacy protections
6. WhatsApp Communication
By messaging GarageGuru AI, you consent to receive automated WhatsApp messages including invoices, service reminders, reports, and service updates. You may opt out at any time by sending "STOP" to our WhatsApp number. We comply fully with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request erasure of data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Withdraw consent for processing (this may affect your ability to use the service)
Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
The GarageGuru AI WhatsApp bot does not use cookies. Our website (garageguru.ai) may use standard analytics tools to understand visitor traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected through website cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
GarageGuru AI is a business service intended for adults above 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of any such collection, we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify active users via WhatsApp message for any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GarageGuru AI, operated by Aditarya Technologies Private Limited ("Company"). By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About GarageGuru AI
GarageGuru AI is a WhatsApp-based AI-powered GST billing and garage management service. It allows automotive garage owners and mechanics in India to generate GST invoices, manage customer records, track payments, and send service reminders — entirely through WhatsApp.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be a business owner or authorised representative of a business registered in India
You must possess a valid WhatsApp account
You must have a valid GSTIN to generate GST invoices
3. Free Trial and Subscription
GarageGuru AI offers a 3-month free trial — no payment or credit card required
After the free trial, you may choose a subscription plan billed annually
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal
No refund for the current subscription period upon cancellation, except as per our Refund Policy
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use GarageGuru AI to:
Generate false, fraudulent, or fake invoices
Misrepresent your GSTIN, business name, or address
Engage in any activity that violates Indian law including the GST Act, IT Act, or IPC
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI systems
Share account access with unauthorised persons
Send spam or unsolicited messages to your customers via our platform
5. AI Accuracy and GST Disclaimer
GarageGuru AI uses artificial intelligence to generate invoices based on your voice or photo input. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems may occasionally make errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all invoices before sending them to customers or using them for tax purposes. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified Chartered Accountant for GST compliance advice. Aditarya Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any GST penalties, notices, or assessments resulting from errors in AI-generated invoices.
6. Intellectual Property
GarageGuru AI, its name, logo, AI systems, and all content are the exclusive property of Aditarya Technologies Private Limited, protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Your invoice data belongs to you.
7. Service Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party API outages (WhatsApp, OpenAI, Google), or other factors may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service unavailability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Aditarya Technologies Private Limited's total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your invoice data will be retained for 7 years as required by law and then permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Courts in Navi Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you via WhatsApp for material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases for GarageGuru AI, a product of Aditarya Technologies Private Limited.
1. Free Trial
GarageGuru AI offers a 3-month free trial. No payment is required during this period. We encourage all users to fully evaluate the service before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Refund Window
Within 7 days of payment: Full refund — no questions asked
8 to 30 days of payment: Prorated refund for unused full months remaining in the subscription
After 30 days: No refund. Service will continue until the end of the subscription period
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from payment date
Partial month usage calculations
Charges from third-party services (WhatsApp API, AI APIs) incurred during usage
